World Champion Figure Professional and mother of three, Tegan has been in the health and fitness industry for over 20years. Studying a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science, she started her first fitness and aquatic centre, and training clients at just 23 years old. Expanding her knowledge and qualifications further, Tegan studied a Diploma in Remedial Massage and Dry Needling Therapy. This deepened her knowledge and passion for healing the body and landed work with professional sporting teams such as the Brisbane Broncos, Brisbane Lions, and QLD Firebirds.  Wanting to challenge her own strength and fitness further, she began competing as a natural figure bodybuilder and won multiple state, national, and international titles, including the Natural Olympia in the USA and The World Title in Greece. She was a well-known and respected athlete in her federation with many sponsors and graced the cover of Oxygen Magazine and Natural Magazine. Six weeks after winning the Professional Figure World Title in Greece she fell pregnant with her first daughter Eva, and life changed forever. After suffering severe abdominal separation of 8-10cm Tegan discovered and fell in love with the amazing healing benefits of Pilates. She then became a Pilates and Barre instructor and opened her own Pilates, Barre and womens wellness centre in the Whitsundays. Focusing heavily on pregnancy and postpartum rehabilitation and training, along with other women of all ages and stages of life, Tegan quickly grew her business and wanted to expand her services online to help more women feel revived and motivated, recover and return to exercise safely, and feel their best self throughout motherhood. Not only has The Postpartum Program helped Tegan heal her horrific abdominal separation, return to her fittest and live pain free, but hundreds of other mothers for long term benefits. Tegan is passionate about coaching women to achieve optimal health and fitness to thrive throughout motherhood and not struggle through the precious years in survival mode. From her weel-researched meal plans, recipes, programs, and coaching courses she endeavors to make mothers feel their happiest, healthiest and most balanced self.
